Freeze-dried food produced is mainly designed for travelers and sportsmen. In the fifties of the twentieth century for military and space was invented process of freeze-dried food. Recently, however, also produces a freeze-dried food for daily household use as the most healthy, containing all the necessary freeze dried ingredients for good nutrition. Freeze-drying process used for the regeneration of flooded and destroyed, attacked by fungi and worms, library, books, documents and archives.
